1. The status of this website

This website is an independent information and review resource about hotels with casinos and about the casinos connected to them. It is published by Future Market Lab sp. z o.o., a company registered in Lodz, Poland.

The site is not the official website of any hotel, casino, resort or booking service. It is not operated by, sponsored by, endorsed by or otherwise affiliated with any property described on it. Where a property name, logo or trade mark appears, it is used for identification and commentary only, and all rights remain with the owner.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell accommodation or an invitation to gamble. We provide description and comparison; the transaction, if any, happens elsewhere.

2. Real properties and the information we publish

Every property described on this site is a real, operating business with a published address and an official website. We do not invent hotels, casinos, addresses, facilities or services.

Facts are taken from operator publications, casino operators, national regulators and reference works, and each property page lists the sources used. Where an operator does not publish a figure, we do not estimate one.

Descriptions are our own editorial work, written from the sources listed. They are opinions and summaries, not statements of fact by the property, and the property is not responsible for them.

3. Booking and third-party services

We do not take reservations, hold inventory, process payments or issue confirmations. Every availability button on this site opens either the property's own reservation system or a mainstream booking service in a new tab.

Any booking you make is a contract between you and that operator or service, governed by their terms, their cancellation rules and their privacy policy. We are not a party to it and cannot amend, confirm or cancel it.

If a form on this site is used to send a message about a stay, it is a reservation inquiry only. It creates no reservation, no option and no obligation on any property to accommodate you.

4. Accuracy and currency of information

Hotels renovate, casinos change hours, operators change hands and gaming venues close. Casino Cosmopol in Sweden closed its last venue in April 2025, and information anywhere on this site can be overtaken by events between one visit and the next.

We check facts before publishing and state on each property page when they were last checked. We do not warrant that every fact is current at the moment you read it, and we ask you to confirm anything decisive with the operator before you travel.

5. Prices and availability

We do not publish room prices, package prices or availability. Any figure of that kind you see while booking comes from the operator or the booking service, not from us.

Currency, taxes, city levies, resort fees and deposit rules differ by country and are set by the property. Read the rate conditions on the booking page before you confirm.

6. Ratings and reviews

We do not publish invented guest reviews, invented quotes or scores of our own creation. Where a rating from a third party is mentioned, its source is named and you can verify it.

Our written summaries are editorial judgement based on published facts. Reasonable readers may weigh the same facts differently, and a summary is not a promise about your own stay.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Market Lab sp. z o.o. excludes liability for loss arising from reliance on information published here, including travel costs, missed bookings, refused entry to a venue, or losses incurred while gambling.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum permitted by applicable law.

These limits apply equally to our contributors, photographers and service providers.

8. Links to third parties

This site links to hotels, casino operators, booking services, mapping services, regulators and support organisations. Those sites are outside our control and we do not endorse their content, their offers or their data practices.

A link is a pointer, not a recommendation of any commercial offer found behind it. Read the terms and the privacy policy of any site before you use it.

9. Age restrictions

Content about casinos on this site is intended for adults. The minimum age to enter a casino differs by country: 18 in Latvia, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, France and Portugal, and 21 in Estonia, at Casino Baden-Baden in Germany, in Singapore and in Nevada.

You must not use this site to plan gambling activity for a person below the applicable age, and every venue in our coverage verifies identification at the door.

10. Responsible gambling

We do not encourage gambling. Gambling carries financial risk and can become harmful. We publish no bonus offers, no odds, no jackpot claims and no promotional gaming content of any kind.

If gambling is causing difficulty, free confidential support is available in Finland from Peluuri and Peli poikki, and comparable services exist in every country we cover. Casinos are required to offer self-exclusion on request.

11. Intellectual property

The editorial text, page structure, design and code of this site are the property of Future Market Lab sp. z o.o. and are protected by copyright. You may quote a short extract with a visible link to the source page; you may not republish substantial parts, or use the content to train commercial models, without written permission.

Photographs are published under Creative Commons licences or in the public domain, and each image credits its author and licence. Those rights belong to the photographers, and re-use must follow the terms of the licence shown, not these terms.

Hotel, resort and casino names and logos are the trade marks of their owners and appear here for identification only.

12. Acceptable use

You may read, quote with attribution and share links to this site. You may not scrape it at a rate that burdens the server, republish it as your own, misrepresent it as the official site of a property, or use it for anything unlawful.

We may block access from addresses that abuse the service.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes fall to the courts having jurisdiction over the seat of Future Market Lab sp. z o.o. in Lodz, Poland.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you keep the right to bring proceedings there.

14. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms as the site develops. The revision date appears at the top of this page and the current version always governs your use of the site.

Material changes will be announced on the home page for at least 30 days. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept the amended terms.
