1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data collected through this website is Future Market Lab sp. z o.o., Al. Marsz. Jozefa Pilsudskiego 3, 90-368 Lodz, Lodz Voivodeship, Poland. You can reach us at hello@futuremarketlab.com for any question about this policy or about the data we hold.

This website is an independent editorial resource. It is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with any hotel, casino operator or booking service mentioned on it. When you follow a link to a third party, that organisation becomes the controller of any data you provide to it.

2. The categories of data we handle

Contact data. If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we receive the name you give, your email address, the subject you select and the content of your message.

Technical data. Our hosting infrastructure records the standard information any web server records: the IP address of the request, the time, the page requested, the referring page, and the browser and operating system reported by your device.

Usage data. If you accept analytics cookies, we receive aggregated information about which pages are read, how long a session lasts and which country a visit came from. This data is not used to build a profile of an identified individual.

We do not collect payment data, passport details, booking references or any other reservation data, because we do not process bookings.

3. Why we process data and on what legal basis

To answer correspondence. When you contact us, we process your message on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to readers and correcting our own content (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To keep the site available and secure. Server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in operating a stable service and identifying abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To understand which pages are read. Analytics is processed only with your consent, given through the cookie notice (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and consent can be withdrawn at any time.

To meet legal obligations. Where accounting or other law requires us to retain a record, we process it on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Forms on this site

The contact form on this site is a correspondence and reservation inquiry form. It does not connect to any hotel reservation system, it does not reserve a room, and submitting it creates no contract with any hotel or casino.

The form asks for the minimum needed to reply: a name, an email address, a subject and a message. Please do not send us payment card numbers, identity document numbers or health information. If you do, we will delete that information as soon as we notice it.

Fields marked as required are validated in your browser before submission. That validation happens on your device and does not transmit anything on its own.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and equivalent browser storage. Strictly necessary items keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Analytics items are optional and are set only after you accept them.

Your choice is stored in your browser under a single key and can be reset by clearing site data. The full inventory, purpose and retention period of each item is set out in our Cookie Policy.

6. Analytics

If analytics is enabled with your consent, it is configured to collect aggregate reporting only: page views, session duration, approximate country and device category. We do not enable advertising features, cross-site tracking, or the sale of data to third parties, and we do not attempt to identify individual readers.

You can decline analytics through the cookie notice, through your browser settings, or by using a tracking-protection extension. Declining does not limit access to any part of this site.

7. Third-party services and links

This site links to hotel websites, casino operators, booking services, mapping services and regulators. Following such a link takes you to an environment we do not control, with its own privacy policy, its own cookies and its own legal basis for processing.

We recommend reading the privacy policy of any booking service before entering personal or payment data. We receive no personal data back from these services about what you do there.

Photographs on this site are served from our own servers. We do not embed third-party media players, social widgets or advertising scripts that would load content from other domains.

8. Hosting and where your data is processed

The site is hosted on infrastructure located in the European Economic Area. Correspondence is stored in a business email service also located in the European Economic Area.

If a processor outside the EEA ever becomes necessary, we will rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, and this policy will be updated before that transfer begins.

9. How long we keep data

Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months from the last message in the thread, so that we can follow up on corrections and understand the history of a page.

Server logs are kept for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting.

Aggregated analytics reports are kept for up to 26 months. Cookie consent records are kept for up to 12 months so that we can show that consent was given.

When a retention period ends, data is deleted or irreversibly aggregated.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the mailbox and hosting account is protected by strong unique credentials and two-factor authentication, and only the people who run the editorial desk have access.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your rights, we will notify the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours where the law requires it, and we will inform affected readers directly where the risk is high.

11. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@futuremarketlab.com. We answer within one month and may ask a question to confirm that the request comes from you. Exercising your rights is free unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

12. Complaints

If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Urzad Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, or to the supervisory authority in your own country of residence.

We would appreciate the chance to resolve the matter first, but you are not required to contact us before complaining.

13. Children

This site covers venues that are restricted to adults, and its content is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

14. Automated decisions and changes to this policy

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects for you.

This policy may change as the site develops. The date at the top of the page shows the last revision. Material changes will be announced on the home page for at least 30 days, and where a change requires consent we will ask for it again.
