Cookie Policy
This policy explains the cookies and equivalent browser storage used on futuremarketlab.com, why each one exists and how you control it. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains our handling of personal data more generally.
Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store. Related technologies, including local storage and session storage, work in a similar way: they keep a small amount of information in your browser so a site can recognise a setting on your next visit.
This site keeps its use of such storage deliberately small. There is no advertising network, no social media pixel and no cross-site tracking script anywhere on it.
2. Who sets cookies here
First-party items are set by futuremarketlab.com itself. Third-party items would be set by another domain. At the time of writing this site sets first-party items only, and loads no third-party scripts on any page.
3. Strictly necessary items
These keep the site working and cannot be switched off through the cookie notice, because without them the site cannot remember what you have already chosen.
fml_cookie_choice, stored in local storage, records whether you accepted all cookies or essential cookies only. It stays until you clear your browser data, and it is read on every page so that the notice does not reappear.
4. Analytics items
Analytics is optional and is loaded only if you press Accept all. If enabled, it records a page view, an approximate country, a device category and the duration of a session, and reports them in aggregate.
If you press Essential only, no analytics storage is created and no analytics request is sent.
5. Advertising and profiling
We set no advertising cookies and run no retargeting. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell or share browsing data with data brokers.
6. Cookies set by sites we link to
Following a link to a hotel, a casino operator, a booking service or a mapping service takes you to a different website that sets its own cookies under its own policy. We have no control over those cookies and cannot switch them off for you.
This is worth remembering with booking services in particular: opening a search on such a service often creates tracking storage on their domain before you enter any details.
7. How long items last
The consent record lasts until you clear your browser data. Analytics identifiers, where enabled, are configured with a lifetime of no more than 13 months. Session-level items are deleted when you close the tab.
8. Changing your choice on this site
Clear the site data for futuremarketlab.com in your browser and reload the page. The cookie notice appears again and you can make a new choice.
9. Controlling cookies in your browser
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, either for all sites or for one site. In Chrome and Edge see Settings, Privacy and security, Third-party cookies. In Firefox see Settings, Privacy and Security. In Safari see Settings, Privacy.
Blocking all storage may break settings on many websites, though this site remains fully readable without any optional storage.
10. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a refusal of optional analytics. Because we run no advertising or cross-site tracking, no further action is needed for a Do Not Track header.
11. The legal basis for using cookies
Strictly necessary items are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in delivering a working website. Analytics items are used only on the basis of your consent, in line with the ePrivacy Directive as implemented in Poland and with the GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and withdrawal is as easy as giving it.
12. Consequences of refusing optional cookies
None for you as a reader. Every review, every legal page and every link works identically with analytics disabled. The only difference is that we see less about which pages are read.
13. Changes to this policy and how to ask about it
If we add a service that sets new cookies, this policy is updated before that service goes live and the consent notice is shown again. The revision date appears at the top of the page.
Questions about cookies can be sent to hello@futuremarketlab.com and we will answer with the specific technical detail you need.
